Above is a presentation I made in Haiku Deck, a powerful FREE iPad app that allows you to make simple decks combined with sweet looking layouts and fonts.
What puts it over the top is a simple search engine that finds a wealth of creative commons licensed photography you can insert to make your slides really sing. The app also allows you to use images from your own iPad photo library, flickr or instagram accounts.

I always thought the iPad was a poor tool for content creation -- but I have to say -- this app creates nice looking decks that make you focus on clarity (always a good thing when producing a powerpoint)
My Haiku Deck is named after a term I just coined, E-Sherlocking. It's when your client has forwarded an email trail of her stakeholders' comments, suggestions and things to do on the piece that she is producing with you. I'll let the deck speak for itself.
You can embed a Haiku Deck in a web page, mail it, export it to powerpoint, post on twitter/facebook or just link it out like this. I can't wait to use it for my next project proposal.
