Viral Video Lessons #5

Andy London, an animator, said to the NYTimes “Doing animation is the equivalent of pushing a golf ball with your nose across the country.”  Andy's work can be seen here.

This video belongs in that category. Because the results look like the real world and don't at the same time. Because anyone who sees the work recognizes the enormous amount of toiling it takes to make - good stop frame animation that surprises always has a solid chance of going viral.
